⚖️ 4. Usage Rules

  • Rate Limiting: While there is no strict quota, we ask users not to exceed one call per page.
  • Attribution: A small link back to - Chuck365.fr - is always appreciated.
  • CORS: Our API is open to all domains.

5. Usage Tracking

For statistical and security reasons, we log the origin of API calls.

  • Automatic host detection (Referer).
  • Cloudflare optimization for IP identification.

WordPress Plugin: when the API is called via the Papy3D Fact Viewer for Chuck365 plugin, it is the WordPress server that makes the request (server-to-server call), not the visitor's browser. The IP address logged is therefore that of the server hosting the WordPress site, never the end user's. No personal data is transmitted.
